Deactivation does not always look like withdrawal.

Sometimes it looks like endless input. Recommendations, metrics, clips, noise, optimism, distraction, and soft commands disguised as personal choice. The person remains connected, but no longer responsive. He sees nothing directly. He reacts to prompts. His indignation is redirected, softened, monetized, or dissolved before it can become action.

This artifact is about the managed pacification of the modern subject: present online, absent from reality, trained to consume horror as atmosphere while mistaking numbness for peace.
